WASHINGTON DC -- Exercisers don't have to swivel their hips and shake their buns to get a good workout, but it sure can be fun.

Pecina, owner of Creative Dancing, a new dance studio in Lakewood Ranch, is scheduled to perform 150 dances in a competition that features ballroom, Latin and dance theater aesthetics.
